When Chase bank says they will pay you for signing up with the bank account. All you have to do is add a direct deposit. Just know they’re not telling the truth and they will lie to you and they will do everything in their power to not give you that money also, the manager is extremely rude. She doesn’t seem to care if your customer or not.
I switched to Chase, and specifically this branch, because of the great experience I had here. Highly recommended !
This is the type of branch that made me stay with Chase when I had kind of made up my mind to cut ties months ago. They were very helpful, understood the goals, and treated us like VIPs. I have two branches in Idaho that made me change my mind months ago and my colleague has one in St. George. So, while this one isn't quite convenient for us, it's worth the drive compared to the other branch we went to out this way. Will not answer the phone
Came to the bank just to get a document notarized. We waited in line and were the other teller was the qualified notary. We were told to sit and wait and I said we would lose our spot in line and she told us to sit and sure enough the notary helped the guy behind us in line. That was not okay. What is the point of waiting in line to be told to sit on the couch and have to wait for people who came in after us to be helped?
