Came to the bank just to get a document notarized. We waited in line and were the other teller was the qualified notary. We were told to sit and wait and I said we would lose our spot in line and she told us to sit and sure enough the notary helped the guy behind us in line. That was not okay. What is the point of waiting in line to be told to sit on the couch and have to wait for people who came in after us to be helped? I love this branch. They are always very welcoming and helpful. I especially have high praises for Grace Ames. She has helped me with several things related to my businesses and is always committed to finding resolutions if there are hiccups.

Jon E was huge help, nothing was over- complicated, he answered all my questions, and was able to help me with everything I needed. Super honest communication and I didn’t feel like I was getting talked down to, which I haven’t experienced at a bank before! If you are a student, young adult or inexperienced with financial planning, I definitely recommend him.

I have been trying to contact the Foothill Branch which I had Appt with but need to reschedule and the number kept sending me to website to s change Appt. However… they did not accept my phone number or email so I was unable to contact… Now I question if I wa t a credit card from them … no customer service available everything is automated without ability to actually talk with someone to answer my questions… ya scary to bank with them now.
