Very rude and bad customer service from the ladies in the front and also the bank manager she makes you wait hours to help you and they just walk around the bank. She makes you an appointment for the next morning and makes you wait and says she’s busy never got helped from the bank so had to go to another bank. Worst bank in town.
Quick and easy for a fast ATM transaction! I 'd recommend making an appointment to speak with a banker this location has switched to more of a quick stop instead of the way banks use to be!
Chase Bank is getting worse as time goes on. Now you can't even get your money out by going to the branch without your debit card!!!!!! I can't imagine how many people they've already laid off considering there's only one or two people at the branch every time you go in there. I won't go back to that POS Wells Fargo but now it looks like I'll have to leave Chase as well. Merry friggin Christmas!!!!!
Watch the drive up atm. If it doesn’t have enough money it won’t give you any but print you out a receipt saying it did. I had to wait for my bank and this one a week and a half to figure it out. It got me for $800 but I did get it back and all.the fees I accrued for missing the money so not too bad
