Awful service.. Chase continues to stop payments that I need to pay. This continues to happen monthly . This places me in financial bind... I am 70 years old on social security. I pay my bills on time. However, when chase stops payments without my authority this is serious for me..
If I could give it less than 1 star, I’d love to. We took a check in to the branch on Golf club drive. A substantial check, because it was to pay off our mortgage. The teller had to ask a superior a question, because our check was for one payment more than the payoff amount. We didn’t get a receipt, we didn’t think about it and she didn’t offer it.
