TERRRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I think that’s the worst bank I’ve ever walked into…. Dude was annoyed because I kept calling because no one answered. Then the teller was rude when I asked her why she Can’t deposit my money order, Her and The Other tell her just kept telling me no, but weren’t giving me any information. If you’re telling me, there’s a problem but you’re withholding the solution? Doesn’t make sense. I should’ve just went to the post office to cash it in the first place. Not sure how the Notary guy got hired here as he lacks knowledge and experience (even though he looks old enough to have plenty of experience) my husband and I had a mortgage adjustment that just needed to be notarized (we previously went to another two Chase branches that helped get this done) however this specific notary couldn’t do it because “it’s not a chase mortgage” and he wouldn’t understand it. As a business, and homeowner who works on the road away from my local area... to make appointments are hard for me... made an appointment quickly online but when I got there was advised the notary can not do my documents because it's not from Chase... really disappointed me and was going to also open new business accounts... well needless to say I was turned away.. and turned off by not being help with my main reason for the visit.. would help Value the customers time if online stated this or the actual branch answers phone ... read more
