This branch declined to assist me with a simple transaction that would require asking for manager assistance. Other branches had the exact same situation (an employee with rolls of half dollar coins locked in their personal employee box) and got the manager and assisted me in obtaining rolls of coins. This branch declined to even attempt to ask the manager. Poor service from the three tellers, collectively. I will never return to this location.
All the staff is amazing. From when I need change to a last minute appointment they always make space for me. Thank you!
