Great service
First, the staff at this branch are very professional and have been a pleasure to work with. Second: Chase customer service via their secure message service appear to be brain dead or they are using an inferior AI to respond to questions. In early December I signed up for the $900 coupon by opening both a checking and savings account. I funded $15000.00 to the savings and requested my pension be direct deposited to the checking.
