Very professional and curious.
I worked at Chase about 13 yrs ago when they were called Washington Mutual (that was before Chase bought them out). Customer service was customer service back then. We went through 8 months of training before we started working at the branch to ensure we were thoroughly knowledgeable of ALL of the products offered.
