I was greeted by a “ banker “ whose name was Byron. He was pleasant and seemed genuinely concerned about my banking issue. He took all my information and immediately knew the solution. I went into the bank prepared to try and talk someone into seeing the obvious problem. That didn’t happen and I left quite satisfied that the issue was resolved. Thank you Byron, you made my day.
Teller lied and said you can't make a third party payment towards a credit card, stated "it's in chase policy"and was also rude and condescending. The lady resembled Kristy Alley. Lol
Great customer service. All the tellers and bankers are very pleasant and help anyway they can!
