If I could give the Lewis Center branch a negative five I would. Save yourself a hassle and go to the Polaris or Worthington branch. I opened 2 accounts. The first took over a month to get opened and then the checks arrived with an incorrect name. On the second account, it's been over 2 months and it still cannot accept direct deposits. The number of stupid mistakes made is mind-blowing!
Love the people at this office! They have been so kind and helpful every time I have come in.
