Went today. Understaffed, took forever, then the banker who was supposed to help me decided to rudely push back about the checks people wrote me. Been doing the same deposits from the same payers with the same bank account for 11 years without issue, but it seemed like this guy just didn’t want me to be a Chase client anymore.
Worst Chase branch in Columbus, avoid at all costs. Go to Powell, further down sawmill, Avery, worthingon, or online. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. Multiple issues including an account being closed systematically without review due to paperwork being incorrectly filled out at the branch, charging fees every other branch waives if you ask, refusal of wrapped and rolled coin deposits, the ATM eating a $20... There is a character limit or I would keep going. Not an indictment on Chase as a whole.
Great service not lined up like most locations helpful staff.
This Chase branch is awful for any complex matters regarding investments. I scheduled a meeting using Chase’s online scheduling system. Daydeon did not call or email me to let me know that he will be late or need to reschedule. Do yourself the favor and go to the Powell location. Chase overall has terrible customer service, but that location is better than this one.
