Very friendly service! They were quick and helped with all of my questions!
Customer service at my latest visit was terrible. Waited for a bit and when an agent eventually came to the front I was never greeted and they did not apologize for the wait. They also messed up my cashiers check by withdrawing the money from the wrong account. Definitely find a different location to visit.
Fair customer service since they still can complete the work after a long time waiting. Their attitude to customer is fine. Obviously this location is short of staff. Don’t think staffs know what they are doing.
