The atm outside is sooooo damn slow. Takes forever to process a transaction. Theres always a huge line after hours bc this machine sucks. And if you want to deposit money, good luck because it rejects 99% of the bills you put in even though theres nothing wrong with them. You have to keep reinserting them and it’ll accept one bill at a time meanwhile a line of 10 ppl is forming behind you. If you value your time, go to another location

No drive through atm, although there are three lanes open. Waited fifteen minutes at the drive up window to withdraw cash even though I was the only car on line and inside appeared empty.

I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience at this Chase branch. The manager was not only unhelpful but also seemed to go out of their way to make the process unnecessarily difficult. Instead of assisting me with my concerns, I felt talked down to and treated with disrespect. Simple requests were met with resistance and a dismissive attitude, which made the entire interaction frustrating and stressful. Worst chase branch ever staff doesn't care about opening new account wanted to open business account asked few employees they just played basketball sent here and there
