This Chase branch is very peaceful and quiet. My favorite Chase branch by far. I would say it's a less lively or populated branch, so it's just perfect to get banking errands done super fast without waiting on line. I honestly went inside for less than a minute to make a deposit by the teller, and was already out driving away. The teller is faster and better than the ATM when there's no one waiting on line. Plus, the staff here were friendly everytime I visited. Free pens and lollipops at the lobby counter.

Great job ensuring that scammers' data is kept private at the expense of my own data security. Go with Wells Fargo or Citibank...

Bad service compared to other branches. Most branches I go to are happy to fill in the form when I need to withdraw it deposit, I went to this branch recently to deposit some money, the lady named Susan impatiently asked me to grab the form and leave the line to fill in the form by myself. That's fine, but when I got back, I had to wait in the line again, and she simply called on other people who arrived while I was filling the form. The problem is she didn't ask everyone to fill in the form by themselves, seemingly randomly... read more
