Chase Bank – Smithtown, NY - LATEST & HONEST REVIEW! This is a beautiful, newly constructed Chase branch in Smithtown. The parking lot has plenty of spots, so getting in and out is stress-free. Inside, the staff is very helpful and welcoming, which makes banking here a smooth experience. The only drawback? There’s just one ATM, and I had to wait about 10 minutes while someone took their time depositing. Adding a second ATM would make this location perfect.
