The drive thru ATM is malfunctioned about 95% of the time. Not that it states this. You go through the entire process and then it let's you know...oops sorry not working. Extremely frustrating and useless.
Was very dissatisfied i went in on my lunch break to have a letter notarize when i arrived told that it was gonna be an hour wait i went back on my second break where i was waiting and then the proceeded to tell me that i needed an appointment ! Customer service was trash that was something that they should have mentioned the first time i was there i would have never wasted my time and came back! Poor customer service and they only had one notary
