My wife and I visit on September 28 to perform a name change and requested replacement debit cards for her individual and business accounts. It’s now October 17 and we still have yet to receive either. We called once already to inform the private banker we worked with of the issue around two weeks ago, and we confirmed the correct addresses on file. The Staff at this Chase treated my Mom and I with the utmost kindness and made every effort to help us through an unfortunate situation.
Don’t go into the branch, the representatives opening the business bank accounts are painful to work with. Takes forever.
Not sure what’s up with the bad reviews. Everyone is super kind here. Jessica Contreras helped me open a new biz account. She was awesome.
