The worst drive thru for business Have to wait at least 20-30 min everytime just for a deposit.
Had a terrible experience with Daniel Knight today. We tried to open up an account with an appointment and he was 20 minutes late to the appointment and then said he didn't have enough time to open the account. We ended up going to bank of America and they were kind enough to help us out. I dont recommend anyone doing business with Chase. You all just missed out on another great client. Way to go Chase. Customer service is terrible.
