Most unreliable ATM service I've ever experienced which is unfortunate as it's so close to my house. It may be open one day, then closed or broken the next. Was under construction about the last two weeks, today it looked open. Nope! Dirt all over machine, screen blank. Unbelievable for one of the biggest banks in the US. Get it together, this is plain ridiculous
Only one bank representative and he was (booked up ) for the day. However our teller Victoria offered to try to help and was able to get everything sorted out. She was courteous, patient, friendly, and very upbeat. Thanks Victoria!
Worst experience at this particular location. Waited for 25 minutes in line with no cars in front of me for my check to be CASHED. I then get my envelope which was $10 short. I got back in line to explain I had a chase account and sent in the card as well as the envelope and my DL. They proceeded to take another 15 minutes of my day to tell me they couldn’t give me all my money and that it was a fee for no account.
