It’s a very nice bank and very convenient to get to. The only downside is there’s never enough tellers and always a line. You have to get there when they open and pray people aren’t waiting. Don’t forget that they cater to the window before people inside so you’re better doing that. I’m actually writing this in line while people walk around and help the window first….. very nice staff

Clara Hoffmeier, Branch Operation Lead, 840 Sunrise Hwy, saved me from an extremely rude manager who repeatedly cut me off when I attempted to speak to her. This manager was so disrespectful that I raised my voice to tell her that that she doesn’t listen and walked out of her office. As I was about to leave the facility, Clara softly approached me in a calming voice and asked if I needed some help. Very unprofessional place I walked in and three people was behind the counter. A male was just finishing up with a customer and two ladies was standing there talking to each other. Even though I was the only one on the line, it was no one in front of me and no one behind me. I stood there for at least 2 to 3 minutes until one person address me.
