There ATM machine is the worst it takes only 1 bill at a time to deposit. SUCKS!!!
I find all of the employees here to be friendly and helpful. @Grace Fletcher, if you happen to see this... The ATM is in the locked entryway but you can gain after-hours access by swiping your debit card on the pad to the side of the door.
No outside ATM at this location. The drive through ATM was removed from the drive through area despite the “ATM” sign still being there on the last drive through lane. The ATM at this location appears to only be accessible during business hours, which is pretty silly and extremely inconvenient.
Terrible customer service. I went in to open an account because I had an issue online, and the lady just kept trying to tell me to take out my phone so she could set me up to do it on my phone. I told her I didn’t want to do it online because it wouldn’t work I’d already applied and it didn’t allow me to. She then told me I’d have to make an appointment for tomorrow even though there was nobody in the bank, it was 1pm, and there were four employees just standing around, and to make an appointment I WAS REQUIRED TO MAKE AN AC... read more
Stopped by today to pick up statements and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend!
