Horrible customer service and communication.
Everyone here (Jason, Vanessa, Norma, and especially Hillary) are great to work with. They always have my back and provide great service. I do wish the drive through ATM was working still or that they updated their ATM to the newer style ATM’s to make deposits and withdrawals easier. Regardless, a happy client here
There ATM machine is the worst it takes only 1 bill at a time to deposit. SUCKS!!!
I find all of the employees here to be friendly and helpful. @Grace Fletcher, if you happen to see this... The ATM is in the locked entryway but you can gain after-hours access by swiping your debit card on the pad to the side of the door.
