The whole crew at the Chase Bank have been so helpful for many years every time I need help, which I do every now and then. Vanessa, Melissa, and so many others have helped me over the years. I don’t understand the low rating when these folks are five star plus.
No outside ATM machine.
Horrible customer service and communication.
Everyone here (Jason, Vanessa, Norma, and especially Hillary) are great to work with. They always have my back and provide great service. I do wish the drive through ATM was working still or that they updated their ATM to the newer style ATM’s to make deposits and withdrawals easier. Regardless, a happy client here
