Nicest staff I've ever dealt with. Single worst drive up ATM machine imaginable. Every single time I use it, I end up just driving around to the walk up ATM.
Banking at Chase in Fair Haven is a great experience. The interior of the building in new, fresh, and bright. It doesn’t feel like you’re walking into an old stuffy bank, it seems new and hi-tech. The bankers and staff are super kind and welcoming. They have greeted me by name ever since the second time I went in. Every time I go in this bank I feel like I'm dealing with a bunch of high school kids, they are so unprofessional and super fake. No one is ever up front, I always have to call in the back to get someone, you can hear them chatting away and they don't come out right away either, they go silent for a few minutes then emerge in full blown fake friendliness. Then I have to explain things to them that are so basic, then they look it up and say, "oh yeah you're right. It's so weird and creepy.
