I just want customer Service – WAMU continues to lose ground in customer service. If you want to get answers and not go to the bank (which I am sure isn't any better) you must either navigate through a maze of touch tones to finally get someone who can't answer the questions because they haven't been trained. After several failed conversations containing information that is confusing; and watching their customer service deteriorate over the 12 years I have been a customer I am leaving WAMU.
Best Customer Service in Banking at the Crown Hill WAMU! – My husband and I own a business and have multiple accounts at Washington Mutual. I started out at the Greenwood Branch years ago when I received good service, then about 7 years ago the service went down hill at Greenwood (It might be better now?).
