There are two other Chase branches nearby in Selden and Medford, and the staff at both locations are very nice and professional. Today, I went to a Farmingville branch to get a document notarized. A female manager—her name might be Lisa, but I'm not sure—was standing there and was extremely rude. She didn’t even ask if I had an account and just immediately denied my request.
