Bank should close down
Honestly surprised to see such low stars for this location. Ive always had a great experience here. In fact, my last few visits I was helped by Nelson who is the reason I came to write this review. He is beyond kind. Has always explained everything in clear terms. Provides the best customer service. And makes sure I leave knowing everything I need to know. Management should be very proud to employ such a wonderful asset.
Staff are helpful. Drive thru lines can be long. Nice and clean.
I was there to open up savings account with decent amount of money .they told me no bankers avalible today I have to get a appointment for another day. I go to cross to street to teachers credit union ,they open a saving account for me immediately. And I am long time chase customers. So all the people working at this branch didn't care about bank reputation at all
