Went into chase today and the atm took my $1700 and had an error the bank staff were absolutely horrible and rude. The manager or whatever he calls himself was rude to a newer employee when she tried to ask a question and the other lady working was just straight up nasty acting like I was being rude because i’m out of $1700 for TEN BUISNESS DAYS now I am forced to pay my rent late because of the incompetence of the bank and the idiocracy of those two employees who have 0 communication skills.
Had a poor experience at Drive-Up. Teller refused to cash a $10 ck bc my license expired the day before! TEN DOLLARS!!! Asked for mgr and told me no one was there! Very nasty. Also the drawer is too low and very difficult to use without getting out of the car!
Terrible experience..horrible. said final goodbye to chase after being a client for 20 years. Being in "this" location for 3 times causa i moved .same stuff happening to me over and over . Seems like tellers doesn't do they job properly.
The people at this branch of Chase are always fantastic, I actually look forward to bank visits. Everyone from the tellers to the Private Banker rep's genuinely want to make sure you get done what you came for. Highly recommend Chase, and the Rocky Point branch.
