I came here to get my business account sorted. The bank tellers were super friendly and sweet, very helpful and understanding. The banker, however, was weirdly rude and condescending. He kept talking to me like I was a teenage kid and was visibly frustrated when I explained what I needed help with. I look young for my age, but that’s no excuse to be condescending to one of your customers. This is your job. Get yourself together.
The last two times I’ve been to this branch I had the pleasure of being helped by Jean. He is not only professional but is also extremely helpful. If you get a chance to work with him I know will have the same experience
Had a very good experience dealing with Chase will be doing a lot more banking with them I feel they're very user-friendly for my needs
This is the worst Bank i have ever delt with
