They don’t let Chase customers use their restroom
I stopped in today to see a banker concerning my Chase Bank account. The bank manager told me to come back another day, as the only banker was leaving in 15 minutes. I simply needed five minutes of their time. It’s beyond frustrating that I was refused help. I also think it’s inappropriate to explain your staff couldn’t assist, because their shift was ending. Shame on the banker too for not offering assistance. The workers at this bank are lazy, I will not be back to this branch.

The bank manager of the Oakdale branch was so respectful and so helpful to me when I met with her and Rahm today. I am extremely grateful to them and left the branch feeling That I had been listened to and helped. Thank you so much. Wonderful customer service.
