I recently opened a business and personal banking account at this branch. I had the honor and privilege to have Mr. Abrar Rashid handle and open my accounts. He's a true professional, gentlemen and took care of me better than I could have ever imagined. He made my transition to Chase Bank simple, easy and smooth. Unacceptable service. Slow and inattentive. Bank hours are short. No late day service and worst part about it, even after updating their ATM, it is almost always out of service. In a month several visits to the ATM it was inoperable. You cannot even deposit money or checks, let alone get cash. Worst banking Service I have ever experienced.
