Sal Mimola the branch mgr went above and beyond to get my Zelle account operational again after Chase locked me out. Took him hours on 2 different days and multiple phone calls to finally get it resolved. The man has the patience of a saint and a determination that is admirable. He told me when I first sat with him that he would get it done and he did ! Again Sal Thanks

I had a most terrible phone call with customer service. Explaining my situation to avoid not getting an overdraft fee and to be charged on top of that to pause a payment. This is ridiculous and then they say the only option to dispute but then they have these questions and to fill out a form this so stupid.

Went to make a deposit at the bank today. Got my ID back and the back where the chip is (enhanced id) was broken and chipped. I made a complaint inside to see how to handle this, and they told me it wasn’t their problem. I let them know this occured when they took my state ID, and was still told its a DMV problem and to go to them. I cannot use my ID if it is broken like that, and why should i have to shell out the money for a new one when the bank ruined mine? Horrible customer service.
