I went into this Chase Bank location in Riverhead to cash company check I do have an account with Chase. I said I would like to cash this check. She gave me my money and no receipt. I said to the elderly lady can I have a receipt she then said with an attitude, we don’t do that. I then said can I speak to a manager this lady would not get the manager she told me to get him as if I worked there I just could not believe the unprofessionalism the audacity of this lady and then got the manager myself explain the situation. Sal Mimola the branch mgr went above and beyond to get my Zelle account operational again after Chase locked me out. Took him hours on 2 different days and multiple phone calls to finally get it resolved. The man has the patience of a saint and a determination that is admirable. He told me when I first sat with him that he would get it done and he did ! Again Sal Thanks

I had a most terrible phone call with customer service. Explaining my situation to avoid not getting an overdraft fee and to be charged on top of that to pause a payment. This is ridiculous and then they say the only option to dispute but then they have these questions and to fill out a form this so stupid.
