30 minutes till closing and they closed early cause of no foot traffic.
Blatanly lied to my face and blamed issues on another bank, Key Bank accross the street cared more about my issue then chase and there employees did. Manager showed no interest in helping and indirectly called me a liar. Save yourself the aggravation and choose another bank. They do not value there account holders. And will lie through there teeth to your face. Never been so disgusted with a business like this before Since I can't add another review lets edit this one.
