Unfortunately, this is not an actual bank. There are no check cashing services or bank teller services at all. It is a building with an ATM inside. When you walk in, a Chase employee sitting at a booth (like a restaurant table booth) directs you to the ATM. You can deposit a check, but you can’t cash it. You can withdraw money from your checking/savings account...but only in increments of twenty. 4 people working, only 1 person opening accounts and the rest of them are “in training”. Horrible slow, not what I am used to from chase bank.
Not a real bank no tellers only machine. Also bad customer service. Employees decided to help a contractor instead of me. When done he ignored me,I had to chase him down to get help.
Atm was easy to access
Low staff and incompetent. Staff is not cross trained on special situations. If you have anything outside of deposit/withdrawal, they do not have staff that can handle the situation because there is only 1 person that does this and that person goes between branches. Ridiculous that you have to deal with this during business hours.
