I’ve been a loyal customer of Washington Mutual since 1999, and when it became Chase, I stayed with them—until now. After more than 20 years of banking with Chase, I recently had a terrible experience that has left me deeply frustrated and disappointed. A GREAT place to bank!! The manager, Emyck is most efficient and provides the best customer service I have experienced in all the years I have been banking at Chase. Bravo! Emyck and Chase.
I just want to say that Brandon is awesome. Great customer service. He took time out of his personal break and quickly opened up a checking account for us and a credit card for my husband. Please give this guy a raise. I will come back soon and refer to my family and friends. Thank you Brandon.
