Lori was extremely professional and polite
The worst chase bank I’ve ever been to. They One never answer their phone. Two they give you incorrect information and have no clue what they are talking about. Had to get a document filed out by them and was told they could not. Went to the Chase in Center Moriches and it was done within minutes and they even mailed it out for me.
It’s a great bank because it has money inside
