This bank is pretty good, all people in there are full of patience.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Chase location. As a Black customer, I felt I was treated differently and unfairly. The representative, Haley, was extremely rude and dismissive. She kept me waiting without any explanation and her attitude was unprofessional. I felt uncomfortable the entire time. What made it worse was that management did not step in or try to resolve the situation. This experience felt discriminatory and unacceptable. Steve was unprofessional and rude. Great bank would give 5 stars but Steves behavior is unacceptable. Will go to another bank because of him next time.
