I had a great experience with Steven. He was professional, friendly, and made the whole process surprisingly easy. He not only helped me open my first U.S. bank account, but also shared great book and local recommendations that made the appointment genuinely enjoyable. I came in around 3:40 PM on a Monday and there was no wait. The entire process took about 30–40 minutes.
Steven, Alliah, and Travis W. deserves a raise; for their time, and patience with understanding, me. Groovy blessings to all of you; and to all of your households'.
Extreme long wait time. Only one employee is working there.
The Branch Manager Mavourneen and Oscar were very friendly, kind and patient to accommodate my last minute urgent notary requests and helped to get all my paperwork done on time. I really appreciate the tellers in the branch too for their friendliness and patient service.
