i refuse to go to this location, i went here for 5 years and never had an issue until recently. apparently you can not do more than 5 deposits in the drive thru for business. the girls continuously forgot my receipt slips , will not give me change that i asked for. they don’t pay attention and are lazy at their job. the boot ranch location is way more professional.
I absolutely am so happy and impressed with this branch. I recently met with Erini and Anis and they are so professional, good people and did so much for me. I’ve met with them for retirement planning and they were always prepared, friendly and explained everything so well. I don’t just feel they’re my bank but people who care about my well being is their priority. In the past, if I needed to do any transaction everyone working there is amazing. Good job Chase in hiring such wonderful caring people!!
