No actual tellers to cash a check or exhange bills. Waste of time.
This is what they call a CASHLESS BRANCH. In my opinion, they should call it by a different name that specifically identifies it as such. I went to three chase branches before i found one that lets you withdraw your money from a human. There is no easy way to tell if its a real branch other than looking through its google reviews. Insane! the one cash branch i found had no idea there was such thing as cashless branches.
I’ve had a great experience with Chase Bank. The customer service is always professional and responsive, and they make banking simple and convenient. A special mention goes to Tyrell Reiman, who went above and beyond to assist me. His knowledge, patience, and attention to detail made the whole process smooth and stress-free. very pleased with this branch. had me in and out in 10 minutes for a business transaction that has taken other branches 45 minutes plus. highly recommend their staff
No cash, no notary. This is the most useless branch to bank if you have a small business. Go somewhere else.
