I politely asked for 1170 out of my checking account. Erika Cashbox #05 replied "eleven dollars and 70 cents"? I said No 1170 out of my checking please. She then replied " that's one thousand one hundred and 70 dollars " Really? Correcting me? Im 51 years old thousands in my account if I wanted 11 dollars I would have said 11 dollars! I dont appreciate your service Erika I have other bank options and will take my 15 plus year business elsewhere if I keep getting service like I did just now
