I had open small business account and they closed the account without given reason and given me huge headache. I have big amount balance but they don't give me and it takes too long to interstage to finalize it. Branch business manager is not even talk and help
Unprofessional will not step foot in this bank. Rude and just unprofessional.
Fast and nice
Been going here for 6 months and have never been treated this poorly. I am blown away at how unprofessional the supervisor Juanita is. She was belittling, contradicting her previous statements to me and unreasonable to have any sort of constructive conversation with.
