This is the 3rd time I have walked out of this bank after wait an whole hour without being serviced. I have a business account with chase and this is the closest branch to me. Even tho it's a 5 min walk from my business. I prefer to drive or walk elsewhere for better service. Very unfortunate. The staff can be very unprofessional and unorganized.

Updated:: ATM was locked on Saturday June 28 during regular ATM hours. Second time in a week the ATM vestibule is closed during normal vestibule hours Sunday July 6th @2pm
