The tellers are quite good and efficient. Clean space and usually not a long line. The manager is not good— argumentative and rude. I was asking if I could have a remitter’s name removed from a check, and he escalated the interaction to being a frank argument. It ended up being fine— I found an alternative solution with the help of the teller. I think in general the manager should work on not escalating situations or mis-stating baking regulations. I had the worst experience at this branch with Maria the manager as well the teller Jeralys. They are beyond unprofessional, I had Chase customer service tell me over the phone that they are providing misinformation and to go to another location because they were making things up. Choose a different bank as they lack customer service knowledge, professionalism and they discriminate.
This has been my branch for many years , but today my daughter had the worst experience ever with a Security Guard whom was acting crazy insulted her just because her card wasn’t working and she need it to use the ATM , she wanted to take out money after dropping of the kids at school to go to her school, and she encounter a very scary situation with a security guard on site , I think they should do something about it because he looks like he can hurt somebody, my daughter got scared , other than that is a good bank .
