I closed my accounts on 3/11 and Chase wrote me two checks that bounced. They literally wrote and signed the two bad checks after closing my accounts and now I am being accused of fraud for depositing those two checks they wrote into my new account. I am in process of filing fraud charge against the branch manager for this happening. All my money is now frozen because of their utter incompetence or purposeful actions in my eyes.
I normally don’t go to this location. I pulled up and sat for several minutes with not even acknowledgment so I rang the buzzer somebody came back said they would be with me momentarily I sat longer. Another customer pulled up at the window next to me was taken care yet I still sat.
Love Chase as a whole but this branch is terrible. Bankers set a day and time for us to open an account and then once the time came said they wouldn’t be able to do anything and the original banker was in the wrong. Unprofessional/uncoordinated branch but the Middletown one is great.

Dear God! I call what has always been the phone number for my local branch, lo and behold it is now a call center that connects me to someone I cannot even understand. Had to ask her twice for her name, but I had to tell her my name first! Then I had to be put on hold for HER to connect me to my branch because she would not give me the number. This bank keeps getting worse and worse, cannot wait to finish business there so I can close all of my accounts!
