HORRIBLE Customer Service! I walked in to speak with someone and was told I needed an appointment and that no one had time to answer even a few questions. I made an appointment (which took me two days to get). I walked in, had to find someone to help me as no one greeted me. Waited 15 minutes for Jeff, who was behind the counter helping customers at the teller line. He knew I was there but, I kept having to ask how much longer. I gave up and walked out! Ridiculous!
