Recently went to Chase Bank and Dena Lewis and Susan Shen were absolutely amazing! They both treated me like they truly cared! I’m so thankful for such a caring experience!
Why have the bank here if you cant cash checks? What is a check cashing limit at a BANK? Make this make sense. The check was only $3500. If the BANK can't cash a $3500 check with Chase Banks name on it, then why are you guys even here. A bank telling me basically they don't have enough cash thats insane. Im glad im not a customer of Chase Bank this is trash.
There are 2 atms outside but only 1 works. Long line outside to access my money
Waited forever to have a document notarized. I just left
“System is down” followed by no one available to help me although they have people at the desks available…
