Opened a business account here a few weeks ago. For some reason they can’t spell my last name for the life of them. I went in once to get a new card the woman behind the register was unprofessional and her answer was “what am I supposed to do about it”. I told her to have my last name spelled right it didn’t seem like a hard request. I told her she might as well order me a new credit card since my debit card was already spelled wrong to which she told me no. This place has only a walk-up ATM… it’s like walking back into 1992. Parking lot is filled with cracks everywhere, exterior is shotty,. This place needs an overhaul.
