I had a great experience with Muhammad in regards to my accounts. He was very knowledgeable and explained all the credit cards to me.
The bank rep on the phone had the wrong address for us refusing to help until she had Joe my husband social security no and I hope they mail those statements to me. I don't like their attitude in Parsippany and they did nothing to help me when I needed my husband bank account statements! I'm very disheartened by this all. Mgr wasn't helpful in Parsippany either. So disappointed ☹️
