The bank rep on the phone had the wrong address for us refusing to help until she had Joe my husband social security no and I hope they mail those statements to me. I don't like their attitude in Parsippany and they did nothing to help me when I needed my husband bank account statements! I'm very disheartened by this all. Mgr wasn't helpful in Parsippany either. So disappointed ☹️
Sandra was professional and helpful when my fiancée and I went in to open an account. Surprisely my wife got her first credit right away!!! Overall a super smooth process! Thank you Sandra!!!
I have been doing business at this branch for the last 11 years. It’s always nice to see Alpa when I visit the branch. She greets her customers with a friendly manner and is fast and accurate with banking transactions. She is courteous and professional. And the branch manager wonderful too. These ladies are a huge part of the Chase positive banking experience. Thank you!
This location their is a employee by the name Marian, I think. She's wonderful, very helpful. If you want great customer service go to the teller up front, She would be there. I drive 4 extra miles to go to that location. Thanks
