This branch is clean, well-maintained, and the employees are professional and helpful. The reason for my 1-star review is not the staff at this location, but my overall experience with Chase’s credit card application process. I applied for a Chase credit card and after two weeks heard nothing. When I called customer service, I was told they could not verify my identity and asked me to upload documents, which I did immediately. Went into put a spouse on a joint account and the chase website says it accepts Government mail from agencies like the IRS. But Patricia refused to accept that form of proof of address and said she could not help us after waiting 1 hour
Difficult location and parking is out of minimum.
My wife's bank ! I dont care for Chase ! We have to drive 142 miles to do any transactions ,cause there are No Chase banks where we live ..I keep on telling her to change to a real bank !
