My husband wanted to add me to his new account and the lady informed him that the process would take 45 minutes and she was booked with appointments til next week. Luckily, I bank with Bank of America and this would never happen over there. Chase definitely has to do better especially at this location. Find people who are willing to work and provide good customer service!!!
