HORRIBLE - nobody answers the phone. Please add a receptionist to answer calls. Nobody wants the automated system.
Worst customer service I’ve experienced at Chase Bank. The manager treated me very badly and was unprofessional. My issue was not resolved. I do not recommend dealing with them.
I needed a notary this morning and went to Chase Bank on Evans Road and Bulverde. Lisa greeted me at the door and completed my request in a timely manner. She was friendly, professional, and made me feel very special. Lisa exemplifies the quality of the staff at this bank which makes each visit a pleasant and satisfying experience
I have always had an amazing in-person experience at this bank. I’m going through a divorce and they have helped me through the process every step of the way. I came in for some bank statements today and questions about my home loan and the branch manager personally spoke with me for as long as she needed to. Giving me her personal experience and offering a helping hand. I know when I walk into this bank they have my best interest in mind. I’ll never bank with anyone else. Thank you.
I have been using this branch for years and have always been impressed with their customer service. Tanner, Lydia, Lisa, and Jessica deserve a shout-out for going above and beyond the call of duty.
