Mariela is super sweet and professional, came here multiple times, and each time, I had pleasant time and able to get results positively and in timely manner. Chase is lucky to have her.
They are really nice and pleasant inside the branch, but if you're trying to contact the branch directly, no one picks up the phone. I noticed the transaction the teller completed for me wasn't correct. I was trying to do a same day fix. I did not have the time to go back to the branch.
