I had a 9:15 appointment on a Saturday. Arrived at the bank early and it was supposed to open at 9. It’s 9:30 and no one is here.
Customer service over the phone is terrible, we are a business and when I called, they treated me as a scammer and I was only following directions from the owner of the company.
