I scheduled a 9:30am appointment with George Ansah days in advance. I got text messages and emails confirming the appointment and following up to remind me of the appointment. George showed up 30 minutes late. And the other bankers were complaining that he does this often.
On Wednesday 4/2 I scheduled an appointment with George Ansah for Saturday 4/5 9:30am. I got text messages and emails confirming the appointment and following up to remind me of the appointment. I show up on Saturday at 9:26am. George isn’t here. It’s now 9:50am. Still waiting for George. And the other bankers are complaining that he does this often and it’s rude. Edit: 10am. George shows up smiling, completely unapologetic and seemingly carefree that he’s 30 minutes late to a scheduled appointment.
The absolute worst experience I’ve had with chase, and I’ve been a customer for almost 20 years. The employees need to be retrained. They aren’t knowledgeable and they are rude and condescending.
Horrible...The parking lot is an accident waiting to happen...AND...NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!!
They always take care of my banking needs no hassle, never waited more then 10 minutes for any service I needed .
