I’ve been with Chase for over 15 years and recently pulled a quarter of $1 million out of investments just because of an interaction with bankers at this branch. They don’t know what they’re doing, incompetent, and are losing customers for stupid reasons. They wouldn’t print out a few forms that I needed for a money order that I was processing there. I’ve never had this kind of issue at any other branch before. If you want to be treated like your money is valued, don’t go here.
I had an absolutely astonishing experience at this branch. There was one person in the technical department who was exceptionally competent, reasonable, and truly outstanding in character. He handled my issue quickly and calmly, and his solution was perfect. He deserves five stars without question. However, before I reached him, I had to deal with an operator whose attitude and ability were the complete opposite.
