Extremely unhelpful
So unimpressed. Couldn’t open an account online so decided to go to the branch. Was asked to wait - 25 mins later, comes by and says “everyone is busy so you can schedule an appointment or wait if you want”. Shouldn’t have I been given the option to schedule when I came in? 50+mins later, still waiting...at this point, I am just curious how much longer and if I will be seen given it’s already 4:30pm. The bank itself looks like they are stuck in the 1990s - cubicle for bankers and can hear what they are saying… at least 3x ab... read more
Having had an awful experience at a Fort Worth branch, I was wary about getting help with a joint checking account. My sister and I met at the Las Colinas branch and were helped by Sokoya Wright-Montgomery. What a pleasant surprise. She was so helpful and kind. She was able to answer any and all questions. Nothing was too difficult. I highly recommend her for your Chase Customer Service needs.
