This place must have had a major change based on all the low reviews. I went in the wrong door, and was helped to find where I wanted to go - immediately and with a smile. The teller, Dexter, was kind and professional. He knew what he was doing. He was able to help another customer in Spanish as well. Dexter's professionalism is a credit to Chase, and the reason I made a reminder to leave a review.

The bank teller was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. The other bank tellers were just staring and the manager was nowhere to be found. Honestly pathetic

We have been to the branch 6 times to get the phone number changed. We need to phone number changed so we can log into the mobile website, which has an old phone number. Each time, we are assured that they have done it, but we still cannot log onto the site, but also tell us, we must come back to do it again. Don't know why they are incapable of fixing this issue.
