Omar is such a nice and helpful banker. He supported me today with updating my documents with great patience and kindness. He also explained the student credit card option clearly and helped me through it. I really appreciate his professionalism and friendly.
This place must have had a major change based on all the low reviews. I went in the wrong door, and was helped to find where I wanted to go - immediately and with a smile. The teller, Dexter, was kind and professional. He knew what he was doing. He was able to help another customer in Spanish as well. Dexter's professionalism is a credit to Chase, and the reason I made a reminder to leave a review.
The cash machine is the only good thing abt this bank
The bank teller was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. The other bank tellers were just staring and the manager was nowhere to be found. Honestly pathetic
