I have been banking at Chase for over 20 years and it's a great bank for online banking. However No costumer service. Don't waste your time visiting a branch, all they can do is check your account balance.
This branch is closest to me and there always seems to be an issue with one of the ATMs. I am standing in line at the ATM because (surprise, surprise) there is an issue with the drive up ATM. I pulled up to the drive-thru ATM and it said that it wasn't able to accept cash or check deposits or dispense cash. I went to one of the walk-up ATMs and my ATM card got stuck in there for about 5-7 minutes before finally releasing my card. It ... is ... literally ... always ... something 🙄
