Horrible customer service. They pick and choose who they want to help. I came in to open a business checking account and they had me wait 15 minutes for a black guy who name starts with a K and when he called me to his desk he stated he had a 1030 appointment so he could start my application but I would have to wait a few hours for him to finish. This is unacceptable and poor customer service they could have just told me how long before I wasted 15 minutes of my time. I wouldn’t come here if your an African American

The worst bank ever with the worst branch manager ever (Kevin Rogers). Absolute incompetence at all levels. I closed an account online October 2024, I just received the funds from that closed account February 2025. It took 4 months. I had to get the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau involved. zero stars
The manager at this branch is very rude, disrespectful and entitled. She talks to you with condescending demeanor. Do not go there. You’re im for a bitter treat
