The banker never returned the call and no one answered the phone in the Ceder Rd branch.

Horrible customer service. They pick and choose who they want to help. I came in to open a business checking account and they had me wait 15 minutes for a black guy who name starts with a K and when he called me to his desk he stated he had a 1030 appointment so he could start my application but I would have to wait a few hours for him to finish. This is unacceptable and poor customer service they could have just told me how long before I wasted 15 minutes of my time. I wouldn’t come here if your an African American
