I have always visited this location and everyone has been so nice there, but today I had bad experience with one banker Bianca. The lady was not very friendly and she even asked the manager to come and explain the situation as I was not understanding. I felt very disrespected and discriminated. The manager was so nice though and for 5 min we resolved the issue. Anyway it took 30 min to do something that can be done for 10 min.

Please pay your light bill! I was in your parking lot tonight and no lights on. Only lights were on blue building and ATM. I could barely see ATM numbers with no lights outside. As I was leaving the lot onto Elmhurst Rd., I almost hit a person walking in the darkness because none of your light poles were on or working.

Parking lot is terrible and more than enough reason to avoid this location completely. Depending on who you get, you can either have a good experience or waste your time completely with someone who hates their job and wants to get you out of their face and dismiss your problem because they simply do not care at all. Naila Khan is terrible and does not like her job at all and it's very obvious. Every experience with her has been disheartening. From the moment I walked in Bianka/Bianca whatever her name is gave me a nasty look and was looking at me up and down. She lied to me and said that my pin to my debit card was reset only to find out later on that day that it wasn’t. I had to come back in for the second time. Such horrible experience with this lady she likes to judge woman while looking like Penelope off criminal minds with those hideous stilettos. She couldn’t resolve a simple issue and wasted my time.
