Your drive thru atms seriously suck. I tried to deposit perfectly good cash and it rejected it several times on each machine, while taking forever. It took me 4 different attempts to get most of my cash deposited, it wouldn’t even accept all of it. Thank goodness I wasn’t in some kind of jam where I desperately needed to put money in my account. You need to fix this.
Teresa and Cesar were absolutely amazing! Being tax payment week, I chose to come in with over $300 in coins and they were so helpful and patient. Teresa maintained a smile on her face and shared a positive outlook on what could have been a challenging morning. I appreciate the positivity on a rainy morning 😊
