I recently visited this location and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. While this is a newer franchise, the state of the branch left much to be desired. Upon entering, I immediately noticed the uncleanliness of the space. The atmosphere felt less like a professional environment and more like an abandoned office. The area behind the bank tellers was cluttered with coffee cups, papers, and an overall mess—certainly not the image you'd expect from Chase. I have always visited this location and everyone has been so nice there, but today I had bad experience with one banker Bianca. The lady was not very friendly and she even asked the manager to come and explain the situation as I was not understanding. I felt very disrespected and discriminated. The manager was so nice though and for 5 min we resolved the issue. Anyway it took 30 min to do something that can be done for 10 min.
