I recently visited this location and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. While this is a newer franchise, the state of the branch left much to be desired. Upon entering, I immediately noticed the uncleanliness of the space. The atmosphere felt less like a professional environment and more like an abandoned office. The area behind the bank tellers was cluttered with coffee cups, papers, and an overall mess—certainly not the image you'd expect from Chase.
